How much does decor cost?

How long do balloons last?

When done professionally, balloons can last for weeks to months! There are a lot of factors that play into the longevity of balloons though. For example, latex balloons hold up great in cool to warm temperatures but tend to pop pretty easily in high heat and direct sunlight. For outdoor venues, it is best to set up balloon decor in a shady area. When it comes to Mylar balloons, they tend to deflate in cold temperatures and expand in warmer temperatures, but can also pop in direct sunlight.

How far in advance should I reserve my event date?

ASAP! If you’re thinking of balloons and have a date nailed down, don’t wait - reserve it! I keep a lot of balloon colors on hand, but if you are looking for custom colors or custom decor, I need as much time as possible to order from my distributor and make those custom pieces.

How does delivery work?

For standard stylings: if your event location is within 20 miles of me, I charge a $95.00 delivery fee. If you are farther than 20 miles, it is the standard $95.00 fee plus $2.00 per mile after 20 miles.

For large stylings: other fees apply depending on what you want.

Do you install the balloon decor?

Yes! Installation is included with the delivery fees if needed.

Do you offer pick up/grab and go options?

Yes! I offer pick up options for decor that does not need to be returned. This includes table centerpieces, balloon bouquets and grab and go balloon garlands. It will save you the delivery fee, however, you are in charge of installation. Pricing for decor will remain the same.

What brand balloons do you use?

As a professional balloon stylist, I use quality professional balloons only for client stylings. My favorite brands and personal preference of professional balloons are Kalisan and Tuftex. They are all 100% biodegradable and have the most color variety and sizes!
